Training and rest

Sunday was great. We spent the day outside doing nothing. Katie, her brothers, her cousins and I went to Jordanelle. It was great to prop my legs up in the shade and enjoy the company.
Today's a big day. Big top secret appointment and 1st day of training for cross (if I get my computer to work).
Training Log:
Friday: 2hrs upper Z1
Saturday: 2hrs SS on MidMtn and cruisin' the hood
Sunday: Rest Day

Tues: 2Hrs tempo on cross bike w/ MK
Weds: work
Thursday: 2:30 90+ upper Z1 on cross bike

Goals:
Friday: mixed effort on trainer 1:30, hike with dogs, order B bike and parts
Sat: long SS w/ MK
Sun: Rec spin 1:00 or recovery

Wow 2 Times In One Day!!!!


It's my goal to start updating this blog more frequently. I'm also going to use it to chronicle the 2006 cyclocross season. It's only about two months till the first race. Time to get crackin'. Right now it's one hundred degrees out and I'm looking forward to this:

It's been a long time

I have no excuses. Sure I've been working, trying to buy a home, "training", spending time with KMAGA, and living. So why the hiatus? It just felt like time to take a break. So now it's time to make my daddy happy!!! Here's a photo-blog!!!
